Folder Application Forms - Visa POS Merchant
REQUIREMENTS FOR A MERCHANT APPLICATION:
- POS application forms.
- The merchant agreement form should be signed in triplicate and each page should be initialised.
- Operating transaction form
When the forms are signed, attach the following documents:
- Business certificate
- Bill slip ( Escom or water board)
- National ID
- MRA certificate
