Mo626ice can be accessed from any mobile phone network in the world as long as the number you are using is registered on the system. You can access the services by dialling *626# on your mobile and follow the prompt instructions.

  • Make Funds Transfer to any account within National Bank 
  • Top Up your mobile phone or even another person's phone
  • Make Utility Bill Payments to ESCOM, Water Boards etc 
  • Order Cheque Book  Issue Stop Payment instructions 
  • Receive Alerts and Cheque confirmations above set limits
  • Make DSTV subscriptions

The system has 4 levels of comprehensive security features:
  • All transactions require a valid PIN 
  • Only registered phone numbers can be used 
  • Only registered accounts can be accessed 
  • Set limit on Funds Transfers  

Getting Registered and  Requirements for Access 

Visit any of National Banks service centres and complete the Mo626ice application form. Alternatively you can download the application form, complete and then drop it at your nearest National Bank service centre. 

You also need to have the following:                       

  • A current or savings account with National  Bank of Malawi
  • Any Mobile Phone Handset
