NOTIFICATION TO BANKNET ONLINE CUSTOMERS
National Bank of Malawi would like to inform all its valued customers currently using the Retail and Corporate Banknet Online portals that from 1st July 2016 the two platforms will no longer be available for usage.
Moving forward all customers are encouraged to use the new Business Portal.
Please be advised that login credentials for this platform differ from credentials used on the two previous platforms.
For assistance on how to access the new Business Portal please visit your nearest NBM service centre and meet the Accounts Relationship Manager or simply download a Change Request Form from the NBM website, www.natbank.co.mw and submit the completed form to your nearest NBM service centre.
