What is a Cardless Withdraw?

Cardless withdrawal is a service that enables users to cash out from their accounts through use of Mo626ice (USSD) or Mo626 Digital+ app and NBM ATMs without the use of an ATM card.

The feature further allows a user to send a redemption token to themselves or to a beneficiary

How to generate a Cardless Withdraw Token using Mo626ice

• Open keypad and Dial *626#
• Enter your PIN
• Select option 6 ,Cash/Agent Services
• Select option 2, Cardless Withdrawal
• Select option 1 Generate Token (ATM Withdrawal)
• Enter the recipient phone number
• Enter the amount to send (In multiples of 2000) 
• Confirm the transaction details 
• Receive a 6 Digit token number. 

 How to generate a Cardless Withdraw Token using Mo626 Digital+ app

• Open Mo626 Digital+ App
• Login with your M-PIN
• Select Cardless Withdraw Request
• Request for Own/ for someone
• Enter Amount and submit
• Confirm Withdrawal with T-PIN
• Receive 6 Digit Token

How to cash out on an ATM using Cardless Withdraw Token

• Select Cardless Withdraw
• Enter 6 Digit Token
• Enter phone Number Starting with 265
• Select Press Proceed
• Enter Amount
• Select Proceed to Confirm Password, Mobile and Amount
• Collect your Cash
• Receive Transaction notification through SMS

Terms and Conditions

• The token remains valid for 48 hours
• Maximum limit of MWK80,000 against any token generation
• No limit to the number of token generations
• There is no need for prior registration of beneficiary numbers which makes the cardless withdrawal service accessible to anyone with a working mobile phone number.
