“Before you came up with this beautiful service centre, people around Dwangwa and Nkhota-kota who have accounts with your bank had to travel all the way to Mzuzu, Salima and Lilongwe to access your services but with the opening of this service centre, we expect increased productivity since there will be no excuses of absconding work to access banking services,” said Matchaya.

One of the customers Mphatso Mtambo thanked NBM for opening its service centre at Dwangwa saying it is a relief to customers who had to travel long distances to access NBM plc services.

“In addition, the structure has added to the beauty of our Dwangwa. The good thing is strategically located as those travelling on the M5 road will not miss this beautiful building here in Dwangwa,” said Mtambo.
